Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all access to, browsing of, and interactions with the digital touchpoints, executive publications, strategic models, and client inquiry portals operated by Brookside Consultancy Group LLC (“Brookside”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Formal bilateral advisory engagements are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
1. Site Use & Permitted Access
Brookside Consultancy Group LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable authorization to access and review the public materials, research briefs, whitepapers, and informational content hosted on this website for internal, non-commercial, and professional evaluation purposes.
A. Permitted Institutional Uses
You may review executive articles, download designated PDF whitepapers for internal boardroom briefing, share hyperlinks to public publications, and submit strategic mandate inquiries through our verified intake forms.
B. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape via automated crawlers, exploit vulnerabilities, inject malicious code, harvest contact directories, or misrepresent an affiliation with Brookside without explicit written authorization from our Managing Partners.
2. Service Enquiries & Non-Reliance Disclaimer
All commentary, macroeconomic forecasts, yield telemetry, case studies, and insights published on this platform are for general informational and conceptual discussion only. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, underwriting, or capital investment counsel.
Engagement Mandate Execution Requirement
A binding advisory relationship is established only upon the bilateral execution of a written Engagement Letter or Master Services Agreement (MSA) countersigned by a verified Brookside Managing Partner. Unsolicited information submitted via web forms is treated confidentially but does not bind Brookside to deliver commercial deliverables.
3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Work Product
All visual brand assets, trade dress, Fraunces typographic configurations, proprietary diagnostic frameworks, econometric models, data graphics, and editorial copy displayed across our domains are the exclusive intellectual property of Brookside Consultancy Group LLC or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Kenya, the United Kingdom, and relevant international jurisdictions:
